Lauren is an experienced brand strategist with deep expertise in luxury consumers. After a career in professional services both as an investment banker and management consultant, she joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts ultimately leading the St. Regis brand through a complete re-positioning to better align with changing luxury consumer preferences. Following the successful relaunch of St. Regis, Lauren became the business owner of Marriott Bonvoy’s Ambassador service which provides highly personalized & exclusive service to the loyalty program’s most valuable members and VIP guests. Lauren oversaw the billion-dollar program with responsibilities for all aspects of the member journey including brand strategy, member experience, marketing, partnerships and technology. Most recently, Lauren joined the executive team at Made Renovation, a start-up transforming home renovation, as their VP of customer experience.
Lauren holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
